What You Will Do:
In this exciting newly created role, the Assistant Case Manager will play a key leadership role in supporting and shaping the success of our case management team across multiple sites. You will supervise daily operations, help establish a strong foundation for the team, and contribute to the delivery of efficient, effective, and patient-centered care. You will coordinate nursing case management activities, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, and ensure nursing practice remains aligned with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. In addition, you will support staff development and help foster a collaborative, high-performing, and patient-centered environment.
Who Should Apply:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Nursing (MSN) preferred. Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience required. Strong case management experience required. Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland required. CPR - Basic CPR Upon Hire required.
