Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, ensure compliance with facility policies, and deliver exceptional resident care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate resident care activities and ensure quality standards are met. Monitor clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to facility policies and infection control procedures. Participate in staff coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Requirements Active RN License (Maine preferred or compact state license if applicable). Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred. Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Current BLS certification.
Pay:
$2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per week
