Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Hawthorne house follows in First Atlantic's long reputation for excellence in Long Term Care. #ZR Franklin Unit Nurse Manager - Skilled & Long Term Care Resident Oversight. 40 hours full time, Monday through Friday - OnCall Rotation required. Skilled Nurse Manager The nurse manager will be responsible for creating and managing an environment of care focused on the patients, defining and elevating standards for patient care, training new staff; and providing leadership for everyone on the nursing team. Skills and Abilities + Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills + Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally + Effective leadership skills and/or ability to invest in growing this skill + Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Education and Experience Education:
Must possess, as a minimum, a State of Maine Nursing license
Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience sufficient to perform all duties with excellence
