RN Nurse Manager - Long-Term Care (LTC) The Cedars | Full-Time $46.00-$51.00/hour + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus The Cedars is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead a Long-Term Care (LTC) neighborhood and nursing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced LTC or skilled nursing RN leader who is passionate about clinical quality, staff development, and resident-centered care. Why Join The Cedars? $46.00-$51.00/hour , based on experience $7,500 sign-on bonus Stable, non-profit senior living community Fully staffed CNA team — no agency reliance Strong support from the VP of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing In-house rehabilitation and care coordination teams Collaborative, leadership-focused environment Benefits and generous PTO What You'll Do Lead daily nursing operations for a Long-Term Care neighborhood Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff Ensure high-quality, safe, resident-centered care Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement efforts Ensure compliance with Maine state and federal regulations Collaborate with providers, rehabilitation, care coordination, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Promote teamwork, accountability, and staff development Support residents and families Participate in the on-call rotation What We're Looking For Active Maine RN license required 3+ years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care Leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar role Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to resident-centered care
Preferred:
