Job Description
This Co-lead position of Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and operational management of the designated clinical unit or service line. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care through effective staffing, resource management, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Nurse Manager fosters a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement while aligning unit operations with organizational strategic priorities, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship. In response to staffing shortages, call-outs, or emergent operational needs, the Nurse Manager may provide direct clinical care to maintain safe patient care delivery.
