Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Clinic Charge Nurses. Lead and manage nursing teams independently and in collaboration with the Director of Clinics and Participant Care Services.
Quality Improvement:
Drive quality improvement initiatives across all clinic sites and participate actively in quality processes, including medication error follow-ups.
Clinical Oversight:
Ensure seamless flow of clinical care, assist in developing policies and procedures, and maintain audit-ready standards.
Team Development:
Support the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development of Charge Nurses. Foster a cohesive team environment and educate staff on new processes and policies.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee clinic inventory, equipment, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of two years as a Charge Nurse or equivalent leadership experience.
Education:
RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University, with current Michigan licensure.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Competency in medical EMR documentation and ability to educate and empower others.
Traits:
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.

Certifications:
Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain.
