Role Overview:

The LPN Charge Nurse is a vital leader within the healthcare team, responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and supervising nursing staff in a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Current and valid LPN license in Michigan. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
