- 105,000 per year, based on experience About Us Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is opening a new location in Canton, Michigan.
We provide IV hydration, nutrient therapy, injections, and wellness services in a clean, professional, spa-like environment. We are looking for a highly dependable Lead RN / Clinical Lead to join our opening team and help build the clinical foundation of the spa. Position Summary The Lead RN / Clinical Lead will be responsible for supporting the safe and compliant delivery of IV hydration, injections, and wellness services. This role includes reviewing client intake forms, approving treatments within protocol, starting and monitoring IVs, signing infusion charts, supporting physician order workflows, assisting with staff training, and helping ensure Prime IV clinical protocols are followed. This is a hands-on leadership role. During the opening phase, the Lead RN may assist across multiple areas of the spa as the team builds volume. As the spa grows, responsibilities may become more specialized. Required Pre-Opening Training This role requires completion of Prime IV training before opening. Required online courses must be completed before November 5, 2026, including: USP 797 at Prime IV Understanding Prime IV Nutrients Bloodborne Pathogens Compliance Training Understanding the Prime IV Menu The One Hour Vacation® Experience PracticeQ Basics 101 Peptide Protocols Prime IV Sales Foundations Prime IV Memberships Google Workspace The Science Behind our Additives General Booker Certification Test Wellness Plan Presentation Simulator The selected candidate must also attend paid in-person training from November 9-13, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Travel, lodging, and training-related expenses will be covered by the company. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Review client intake forms before treatment. Approve IV drips, add-ons, and injections within Prime IV protocol. Identify contraindications or medical concerns and escalate appropriately. Send required physician orders and confirm they are signed before medication is administered. Start IVs, monitor infusions, disconnect IVs, and administer IM injections as permitted by license and protocol. Take and document vital signs as required. Sign all infusion charts and ensure documentation is accurate and complete. Monitor clients during services and respond appropriately to adverse symptoms or concerns. Clinical Leadership Help ensure medical staff are properly credentialed, certified, licensed, and trained. Ensure staff credentials are uploaded into PrimeLink as required. Support staff education on Prime IV clinical protocols. Assist with chart audits, skills check-offs, and protocol compliance. Help create a safe, professional, and client-focused clinical environment. Compounding and Documentation Compound IV treatments according to Prime IV compounding protocols. Maintain lot number sheets, refrigerator logs, waste logs, and related documentation. Help monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be ordered. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the compounding area and treatment areas. Client Experience and Operations Provide a calm, friendly, and professional client experience. Assist with consultations after medical clearance. Support the spa team with check-in, scheduling, client flow, and operational needs as needed during the opening phase. Work closely with the Spa Director, Medical Director, and other team members.
Qualifications Required:
Active RN license in good standing in Michigan. Strong IV start experience. Ability to work full-time, Tuesday-Saturday. Ability to complete required online training before October 12, 2026. Ability to attend paid training October 12-16, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation. Comfortable following protocols and escalating clinical questions appropriately. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
Preferred:
Infusion, ER, urgent care, PACU, oncology, med spa, mobile IV, wellness, or outpatient clinical experience. Prior leadership, charge nurse, training, or clinical oversight experience. Interest in wellness, IV hydration, nutrient therapy, and client-centered care. Schedule This is a full-time role, Tuesday-Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week. Occasional schedule adjustments may be needed for training, launch, or business needs. Compensation $95,000
