Chesaning, Michigan Join Our Nursing Leadership Team! We are seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys providing quality resident care while also taking on a leadership role and supporting the nursing team. Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff on the evening shift. Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care. Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up. Ensure physician orders, care plans, and nursing interventions are followed. Oversee medication administration and nursing practices. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation. Assist with incident investigations and appropriate follow-up. Support staffing and address coverage needs as appropriate. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Address staff concerns and promote accountability and teamwork. Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Serve as a visible and supportive leadership presence during the evening shift. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Michigan RN license . Long-term care/SNF experience preferred. Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize resident needs and make sound nursing decisions. Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care. Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team. Why Join Our Team?
