They are responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating care delivery, staff hiring and performance, staffing schedules, and collaborating with medical teams. Additional duties include developing policies, managing budgets, participating in committees, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading staff education and process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), current RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIMS. Requires at least 4 years of nursing experience, 2 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and physical ability to work in a healthcare environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and exposure to infectious materials.
