Additional duties include developing policies, managing budgets, participating in committees, ensuring compliance with standards, and leading staff education and process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), current RN licensure, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIMS. Requires at least 4 years of nursing experience, 2 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and physical ability to work in a healthcare environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and exposure to infectious materials.
