2992010957-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Optimal Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Manager to lead daily operations for a busy patient care team. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. You will monitor quality metrics, drive process improvements, and support staff development through coaching and training. The RN Clinical Manager partners closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, manage staffing and scheduling, and uphold a culture of safety, accountability, and compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations for assigned patient care unit Supervise, schedule, and mentor RN and clinical support staff Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements Coordinate and optimize patient care plans with providers and interdisciplinary team Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and satisfaction scores Lead staff training, competency validation, and performance evaluations Assist with budgeting, staffing levels, and resource allocation Support infection control, patient safety, and risk management initiatives Required Skills Clinical operations management Staff supervision and scheduling Care coordination Regulatory and compliance knowledge (Joint Commission, CMS) Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Quality improvement and metrics tracking Performance evaluation and coaching Infection control and patient safety Policy and procedure development Budgeting and resource allocation
