Job Description Role Overview As a Clinic/Department Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership and supervisory support to a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, MAs, and LPNs. This role ensures the delivery of quality, compassionate patient care while fostering a supportive and professional practice environment. What You Will Do Provide clinical leadership and supervisory support to a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, healthcare team, and medical group leaders to maintain a quality practice setting. Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic/department. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor¿s Degree in Nursing or related field. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS or ACLS certification per Henry Ford Health policy. Two to three (2-3) years of nursing experience in a clinical environment. Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory Orientation. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience.
