Join Our Leadership Team - RN Supervisor / Clinical Care Manager Norlite Nursing Center | Marquette, MI Area We're looking for an experienced, organized, and systems-driven RN to join our leadership team as a Clinical Care Manager / RN Supervisor . If you're a strong clinical leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and team development—and still values compassionate, resident-centered care—this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week Days determined at hire (flexible based on team needs) Compensation & Perks $35-$37/hour (based on experience, includes hero pay ) Leadership role with strong autonomy Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to shape care delivery and staff performance What You'll Do As RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the clinical operations of your shift , ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You'll serve as a key leader—supporting nursing staff, coordinating with providers, and ensuring strong clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate resident care, treatments, and medication administration Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, and families Assess residents and respond to changes in condition or emergencies Lead admissions, discharges, and care planning collaboration Investigate incidents (falls, skin issues, etc.) and implement prevention strategies Maintain appropriate staffing levels and workflow efficiency Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives Support staff development, coaching, and accountability Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards What We're Looking For Active RN license (Michigan) 3+ years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Comfortable handling clinical emergencies and independent decisions A team-first mindset with a focus on accountability and professionalism Why Norlite?
