Job Description
Lead with Purpose U.P. Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Clinical Director - East. This role oversees the daily clinical operations of our Home Health and Hospice services while supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional care where patients are most comfortable—at home. What You'll Do Lead the daily clinical operations of Home Health and Hospice services. Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff. Coordinate staffing and patient assignments. Ensure high-quality patient care and documentation. Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development. Review patient care plans and support quality improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Assist with patient visits and participate in on-call coverage as needed. Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred). Current CPR certification. Three or more years of leadership or management experience in Home Health, Hospice, or a related healthcare setting preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to travel throughout Marquette County. Ability to participate in on-call rotation. Why U.P.
