Full Time:

8 AM - 4 PM On Call and some Night/Weekend

PRN MUST

Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting! Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities for

RN Unit Manager:

RN will plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON. Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

QUALIFICATIONS

for

RN Unit Manager:

At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role. A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents Current Registered Nurse (RN) License Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
