AfternoonsThe RN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing staff, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Preferred:

Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care setting

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
