Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to join our team. The Clinical Nurse Manager plays a key role in supporting nursing operations, leading and mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff. Assist with the coordination of day-to-day clinical operations and resident care services. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance care quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards. Collaborate with team to promote a resident-centered approach to care and improve health outcomes. Monitor resident care quality metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Assist with staff training, orientation, and professional development programs. Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control standards. Promote a positive work environment that supports teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care. Qualifications Current RN license in the State of Minnesota (required). Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care settings preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive team environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
