Minimum Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including experience in dialysis or acute care settings. Demonstrated experience in nursing management or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of patient safety protocols, clinical nursing practices, and discharge planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical management software Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy programs.
