Responsibilities include Developing and updating individualized care plans based on resident needs Supervising nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) and delegating tasks Ensuring compliance with regulations, medication safety, and documentation standards Maintaining facility protocols, participating in quality assurance, and supporting staff development Qualifications include current RN licensure in Minnesota, BSN degree, CPR certification, and healthcare experience.
