The Nurse Manager oversees a nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care through effective resource management and care planning.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Providing and supervising nursing care per regulations, including medication administration and procedures. Supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; delegating tasks and evaluating staff performance. Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating care needs effectively. Ensuring medication safety and regulatory compliance. Promoting a positive work environment, participating in QA, continuing education, and maintaining licensure.

Qualifications required:

Current RN registration in Minnesota. BSN degree and CPR/emergency care certification. Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing facilities.
