We are looking for someone who has done this role before and knows it well. Prior assisted living experience is required , and candidates should have been through at least one MDH survey. This is a small facility and we need a nurse who can work independently, knows Minnesota 144G requirements, and can help us build our clinical systems correctly from the start. Responsibilities include resident assessments and reassessments, developing person-centered service plans, delegating and supervising nursing tasks, medication management oversight, staff training and competency evaluation, and clinical documentation. Part-time with flexible scheduling. Compensation negotiable based on experience.

Required:

Current Minnesota RN license in good standing Assisted living or long-term care experience Experience with at least one MDH survey Must pass a background study under Minn. Stat. 144.057 Current TB screening

Pay:

$55.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 12.0 per week
