Eden Oak, a newly renovated assisted living community , is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support evening operations and clinical care. This role is ideal for an LPN with experience in assisted living, senior care, or long-term care who is comfortable managing clinical needs while working as part of a collaborative leadership team.

Schedule Options:

Part-Time (PT): Monday & Tuesday Every other weekend 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Full-Time (FT): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Every other weekend 3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Role Overview:

The Evening LPN works alongside a hands-on Assisted Living Manager who oversees staff supervision and daily operations. This role focuses on clinical triage, medication management, and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical triage and nursing support during evening shift Monitor residents for changes in condition and escalate as needed Support care coordination and documentation Collaborate with the Assisted Living Manager and care team Ensure compliance with assisted living and 144G regulations Maintain a calm, organized, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications:

Active Minnesota LPN license (required) Experience in assisted living, LTC, or geriatric nursing preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope Effective communication and teamwork skills Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred Join a supportive team where you can focus on clinical care while partnering with leadership to provide high-quality assisted living services.

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
