Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead and support key clinical departments. This role provides daily operational oversight, fosters staff development, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. The Supervisor works closely with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations to maintain high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Salary Range:

$79,000

• $96,000 annually, based on years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Leadership

• Plan and coordinate daily operations for the Triage, ACC, and Clinical Support RN departments Staff Management
• Recommend, hire, orient, and train staff; evaluate staff performance in partnership with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure clinic compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Education & Training
• Implement, plan, and evaluate educational materials and training initiatives with leadership support

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota RN license, maintained per state law Minimum of 1 year of supervisor experience required Experience with telephone triage and/or anticoagulation principles beneficial but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures Why Join Voyage Healthcare?
