RN Charge Nurse

Greenwood Connections is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to join our nursing team in Menahga, MN. This role provides clinical leadership and direct resident care within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. This position is primarily scheduled for PM shift coverage with every other weekend rotation.

Compensation:

$38.85 per hour

Sign-On Bonus Available Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and support to residents Supervise CNA and TMA staff during assigned shift Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately Assist with resident assessments and care planning Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance Support a positive and team-oriented care environment

Requirements:
