We are looking for an outgoing Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Supervisor Team! This position is Full-Time, averaging 32 hours a week. A typical day would be 8:00am-4:30pm, with no scheduled weekends. The Clinical Team has a weekend on-call rotation, roughly 1 every 10 weekends. As part of the Clinical Supervisor team, you would assist the Assisted Living Clinical Director with daily operations and oversee the care of the tenants in our facility. The Clinical Supervisor Team also oversees the Home Care Aide team; and ensure personal care and designated health-related services follow company standards. On an average day, you can expect to: Develop and implement client's plan of care Assist with nursing assessments and admissions Oversee the Education and Training of Home Care Aides Direct the day-to-day activities of the Home Care Aides Prepare medications as ordered by physician Assist with Wound Treatments Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with the physician, nursing team, and family Engages in Team Meetings and Campus Collaborations. Complete required record keeping upon tenant admission, discharge, transfer Chart and document per facility policy requirements
