Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Make an Impact Across Multiple Communities Are you an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, variety, and helping teams succeed? Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within your assigned region. This is not a traditional single-community Nurse Manager role. Your location will vary based on the needs of the region. You may spend several days or a week at one community before moving to another where your clinical leadership is needed. If you enjoy coaching teams, solving problems, improving care, and building relationships, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple communities. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region. Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs. Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans. Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care. Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders. Oversee medication management and clinical documentation. Coach, train, and develop care teams. Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges. Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers. Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities. What We're Looking For Active RN license in good standing. Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments. Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed. Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia. A compassionate, resident-focused approach. A Better On-Call Structure We believe leadership shouldn't mean being tied to your phone every evening. There is NO weekday on-call requirement. Suite Living partners with a dedicated service to provide Monday-Friday on-call coverage, allowing our RN Nurse Managers to focus on their scheduled responsibilities and maintain a more predictable work-life balance.
Weekend coverage:
Approximately 1 weekend every 7 weeks Saturday 7:00am - Monday 8:00am Phone-based clinical support; no routine on-site requirement $500 stipend per weekend Monday following your weekend rotation: 12:00pm-4:30pm Compensation & Benefits $90,000 annual base salary (based upon experience) Quarterly bonus opportunities $500 weekend on-call stipend Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Company-paid long-term disability insurance About Suite Living Senior Care Suite Living Senior Care is a growing provider of assisted living and memory care communities focused on personalized, high-quality care in a supportive, home-like environment.
