Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse Supervisor for the Dermatology and Skin Surgery Centers in Columbia and Jefferson City, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Offering a base salary between $79,040 and $112,985 annually, commensurate with experience. Leading daily nursing operations, mentoring staff, performing performance reviews, and supporting interdisciplinary care. Managing staffing, budgeting, and compliance to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications include an RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and preferably supervisory or clinic experience. A BSN is required for hires after July 2025. Physical demands include active movement, patient contact, and working during various shifts, including holidays.
