Our clinical focus centers on delivering advanced care across four core specialties: Interventional Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Plastic Surgery . We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care, minimizing recovery times, and maintaining the highest standards of surgical and clinical excellence. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dual-hatted Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Nursing (DON) to provide visionary leadership and day-to-day oversight of both our outpatient clinic operations and our multi-specialty surgical suite. In this critical executive-level role, you will bridge clinical excellence with operational efficiency. You will manage nursing workflows, direct perioperative and ambulatory care services, ensure strict regulatory compliance (AAAHC/CMS/State of Missouri), optimize patient throughput, and collaborate directly with our physician partners and executive team. Key Responsibilities Nursing Leadership & Clinical Oversight Direct all nursing and clinical operations across pre-op, operating rooms (OR), post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and our outpatient clinic specialties. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Registered Nurses (RNs), surgical techs, and clinic support staff. Oversee patient safety initiatives, infection control protocols, and clinical quality metrics.
