Full Job Description Role Overview:

This position involves managing nursing staff in Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology departments, including RN's, Nurse Navigators, and Nurse Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and evaluate staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance reviews. Ensure departmental productivity aligns with operational goals and manage staffing, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee patient care, developing collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including staffing needs and disciplinary actions. Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 2-5 years RN experience with supervisory responsibilities; BSN required, Bachelor's preferred. RN licensure is mandatory; additional radiology experience is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
