We are a cash-pay practice with a loyal client base and a small, tight-knit team. No insurance billing. No charting until midnight. No hospital politics. The Role We are looking for a Clinic Manager to run our Lee's Summit location. This is a working leadership role. You will spend part of your week on the floor placing IVs and caring for clients, and part of your week running the business side: staff scheduling, payroll, inventory, training, and keeping the clinic performing. You will report directly to the owner and have real ownership of how the clinic runs day to day. What You Will Do Lead clinic operations during your shifts and set the standard for the team Build and manage the staff schedule across a seven-day operation Process payroll and manage timekeeping Hire, train, and coach techs and client service associates Place IVs, administer injections, and deliver services alongside your team Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Drive membership and package sales through genuine client education Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and standing orders What We Are Looking For Active Missouri RN license or Missouri Paramedic certification 2+ years of clinical experience with strong IV skills Prior supervisory or lead experience, or clear readiness for it Comfort with the sales side of wellness.
