HCA Healthcare seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Clinical Decision Unit. In this on-site role, you'll coordinate patient care and flow for short-stay/observation patients, ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practice. You will perform complex assessments, develop and update care plans, oversee admissions and discharges, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. The coordinator supports quality and safety initiatives, mentors bedside staff, communicates with patients and families, and helps optimize throughput while upholding HCA's culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
