Night Charge Nurse Qualifications:
Current and valid Missouri
RN / LPN
license. Assisted Living, Long Term Care/SNF or related experience a plus Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia is a plus. Be a self-starter and able to work independently. Experience in staff member relations including training and development. Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
LPN Night Charge Nurse Pay & Perks:
$6000 SIGN

Night Charge Nurse Responsibilities:
Ensure that your staff are following care plans. Chart on all residents under your care. Work within the scope of your license. Assist in the dining room during meal times. Responsible for all nursing care of all residents during his/her shift. Supervision of the nursing department and performance of staff assigned to his/her zone or hall including nursing assistants and medication aid. Provide education and guidance to the staff under your assigned area. Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe, note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes.
