As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes
- Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies
- Supervise caregivers and medication staff
- Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments
- Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts
- Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
- Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families You combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
