Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure seamless delivery of resident care Manage staff to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to policies and procedures Ensure the smooth running of the building, addressing any needs or concerns in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:
