Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics. The role requires supervisory responsibilities , including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring team productivity aligns with departmental goals. The individual will oversee staffing, develop budgets, and respond to business changes to meet financial objectives. They will create and implement care plans based on assessments, document interventions, and support staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license. 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred but not required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
Key Duties:
Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, and conducting performance evaluations. Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring operational and financial targets are met. Provide patient care aligned with medical plans, documenting interventions appropriately. Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions to maintain team effectiveness.
