We are seeking a Clinic Lead LPN to join our Family Medicine team and help deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. As a Clinic Lead LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting providers, mentoring team members, coordinating clinic operations, and ensuring an outstanding patient experience. This position is ideal for an experienced LPN who enjoys both direct patient care and leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Patient Care Under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner, you will: Welcome and room patients while creating a positive and caring experience. Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, chief complaints, and relevant medical history. Reconcile medications, allergies, and health information. Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and in-office procedures. Perform point-of-care testing and collect laboratory specimens, including blood draws. Administer medications and immunizations as ordered. Provide patient education and explain discharge instructions. Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the provider. Support patient admissions and discharge processes as needed. Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance Maintain accurate, timely, and professional patient documentation. Adhere to all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Promote patient safety through infection prevention, medication safety, and proper clinical practices. Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and treatment areas. Monitor supplies and inventory, including specialty items and expiration dates. Respond appropriately in emergency situations and maintain current BLS standards. Lead and Support Clinic Operations As a Clinic Lead, you will serve as a valuable resource for the clinic team by: Assisting the Clinic Director with monthly scheduling. Supporting policy reviews and implementation. Ensuring completion of daily, weekly, and monthly clinic compliance tasks. Monitoring refrigerator temperatures, medication expiration dates, quality control activities, and sample medication logs. Reviewing and following up on API submissions. Serving as a mentor and preceptor for new team members. Assisting with quarterly chart audits. Leading process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Serving as a BLS Instructor. Additional Responsibilities Prior authorizations Appointment scheduling Answering and returning patient phone calls Medication refill requests Room restocking and supply ordering Other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability and willingness to support all six clinic locations as needed Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional excellence Preferred Qualifications 2 to 3 years of Primary Care experience Previous leadership, mentoring, or clinic coordination experience Why Join Our Team?
