Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities and excellent clinical skills.Positions available:
Days:
6:30am-6:30pm, 3 days per weekSun/Mon/Tues Nights:
6:30pm-6:30am, 2 days per week Wed/Thurs or Weekends Only optio n- 12 hour shift
- Provide direct patient care and administer treatments as needed
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance
- Monitor patients' conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
