Position Summary:
As the Shift Manager , you will oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift, providing leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care. This role is essential to supporting our nursing staff, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations during the assigned shift. Assess staffing and patient care needs to ensure safe and effective operations. Coordinate and communicate daily nursing activities across the care team. Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and accountability. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, professionalism, and continuous quality improvement. Serve as a clinical resource and support for staff throughout the shift. We're seeking a leader who is: Compassionate and committed to providing exceptional resident care. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and able to make sound clinical decisions. Experienced in supervising and motivating nursing teams. Passionate about creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
Shift:
Full-Time 3:00 PM

Current Mississippi RN licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is desirable Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) is desirable Minimum of one year of clinical work experience Demonstrated evidence of leadership in planning and organizing Experience working with and through others to achieve objectives
