Full Time Job Summary Provides high‑quality nursing care; supervises/coordinates LPNs and CNAs; ensures regulatory compliance and safe operations. Minimum Qualifications Current RN license; strong communication/documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Leadership/preceptor experience preferred. BLS or ACLS certification. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate unit workflow; rounds and oversight. Perform/oversee assessments and documentation. Staff education and consultation; medication safety. Risk prevention; communicate with residents/families. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech. All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
