Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and experienced RN (Clinical Manager) to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for our Elders. This role is responsible for resident assessments, care planning, clinical coordination, regulatory compliance, and leading a team of caregivers in a warm, home-like environment. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for serving older adults .
