Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Nurse - House Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing care within our healthcare facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing patient care operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing nursing staff to deliver exceptional, patient-centered services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive clinical experience, and a passion for fostering a collaborative team environment. As a House Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clinical issues, coordinate interdisciplinary communication, and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and hospital operations across all departments. Manage admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient flow. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on patient acuity. Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff. Respond to emergencies, rapid response events, and act as Incident Commander during disasters or mass casualty incidents. Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, patients, and families to ensure quality care. Monitor compliance with hospital policies, patient safety, and quality standards. Assist with emergency surgeries, organ donation protocols, and critical care coordination. Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff while promoting teamwork and professional development. Maintain effective communication between departments to ensure continuity of care. Minimum Qualifications Active Montana RN License Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience Annual trauma and stroke education requirements Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

Pay:

$2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per week Application Question(s): Traveler must reside at least 90 miles from the facility.
