NURSE MANAGER
Are you passionate about helping the underserved while mentoring a high-performing clinical support team? Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) provides patient centered, team-based primary care to residents of Western North Carolina. We are looking for a full-time, 40 hour per week, experienced Nursing leader to join our growing team! The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching a clinical nursing team. They will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that all clinical operations are running smoothly and efficiently within their team. The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing staff at all three of our locations in Asheville, Candler and Marion and be based at our Minnie Jones Health Center at 257 Biltmore Ave, Asheville, NC 28801 . Minimum of 3 years of experience in ambulatory nursing with two years in a supervisory/ management role. Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office programsREQUIREMENTS
Experience- Three years of nursing experience is required Education
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required Licensure/certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of North Carolina, BLS for the Healthcare Provider certification Training
- Satisfactory completion of educational program of clinical rotations
