Overview The Supervisor of Wound Care will provide support of the continuity of care. This will include scheduling, inpatient care, outpatient ostomy clinic, and role within home care. Partners with Cary leadership to develop and provide education to staff related to wound and ostomy care. Provides complete follow-up on Cary related hospital acquired pressure injuries. The Supervisor will staff as a Wound Care Specialist as needed.
