Role:
As a RN Charge Nurse , you will be responsible for: Coordinating the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery Supervising and mentoring a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to promote a culture of excellence and resident satisfaction Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team Conducting resident assessments, monitoring condition changes, and reporting concerns to the healthcare team Maintaining accurate and detailed records, including resident charts and incident reports Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and optimal care
Requirements:
RN License in the State of North Carolina (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
