Registered Nurse, RN Weekend Nursing Supervisor The Greens at Gastonia The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced and dependable Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care while providing strong clinical support to the nursing team. As the Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations during your shift, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families. Schedule Weekend Schedule 12-hour shifts Day Shift and/or Night Shift opportunities available Consistent weekend hours Key Responsibilities Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care throughout the shift Perform assessments, medication administration, treatments, and documentation as needed Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina RN license Current CPR certification Previous supervisory and long-term care experience preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong clinical and leadership skills Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Life insurance and disability options Tapcheck - access up to 70% of earned wages (up to $200/day) Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you are a compassionate nurse leader looking to make a meaningful impact and want to work for a company recognized as a Great Place to Work, we would love to hear from you.
