What You'll Do As a Charge Nurse, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care by: Providing direct nursing care and supervising your assigned team. Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and families. Completing accurate documentation and maintaining continuity of care. Responding to resident needs and emergencies with confidence and compassion. Supporting care planning, mentoring team members, and promoting a positive work environment. What We're Looking For Current North Carolina RN or LPN license.
