SUMMARY For Clinic Services Coordinator Provide administrative and medical office support to the Brody School of Medicine (BSOM) clinic program. Responsible for coordination of office management, client triage, carrying out BSOM orders and assisting in the smooth processing and care of clients as requested. Responsible for supervising Independence Plus staff and following up with all Independent Residents that have a medical need and have to call for emergency assistance. Summary For Memory Care Nurse Manager This position will be responsible for the on-site review and evaluation of the residents' health status, care plan, and care provided. The Memory Care Nurse will be responsible for the following: performing a physical assessment of the resident as related to the resident's diagnosis(s), evaluating the resident's progress to care being provided, recommending changes in the care of the resident as needed based on the physical assessment and evaluation of the progress of the resident, and documenting the assessment and any findings in the resident's chart. The Memory Care Nurse will supervise the personal care services and medication passes being administered to the residents to ensure proper care techniques are being utilized.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
The RN Supervisor must be a licensed Registered Nurse in this state. Must have CPR certification. Must attend in-services and receive training specific to residents of memory loss. One to three years experience. This is a 1st shift position, 20 hours per week working in the clinic: 20 hours per working in the memory care cottage.'
