RN Supervisor All Your Needs Home Care Services LLC Greenville, NC Job Details Part-time $35 - $45 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification RN License Care documentation Patient care leadership Full Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Home Care All Your Needs Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide nursing oversight for our home care clients and direct care staff. Responsibilities Complete initial client assessments and reassessments. Develop and update client plans of care. Complete required 90-day supervisory visits. Supervise and provide guidance to PCAs/CNAs and other direct care staff. Monitor clients for changes in condition and care needs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and case managers as needed. Help ensure services meet agency policies and North Carolina home care requirements. Qualifications Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license. Current CPR certification. Home care or supervisory experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills. Dependable and able to work independently.
