Responsibilities Complete initial client assessments and reassessments. Develop and update client plans of care. Complete required 90-day supervisory visits. Supervise and provide guidance to PCAs/CNAs and other direct care staff. Monitor clients for changes in condition and care needs. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and case managers as needed. Help ensure services meet agency policies and North Carolina home care requirements. Qualifications Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license. Current CPR certification. Home care or supervisory experience preferred. Reliable transportation. Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills. Dependable and able to work independently.
