About the Role As an RN/LPN Unit Manager at The Greens at Hendersonville , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, leading, mentoring, and supporting nurses and CNAs, and ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with individualized care plans. You will also complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes with physicians and families.
