Position Summary:
Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up to date for the member's continuity of care. You will also administer the distribution and inventory of resident care and community supplies in accordance with Community policies and procedures under the direction of the Administrator and/or authorized department head.Education/Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent is required. Must have related administrative experience and/or experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse at a level necessary to accomplish the job. Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use / understand basic medical terminology with an aptitude to learn community software. Previous experience in long term care preferred.Shift and Wage:
